Every Printing Yoga rubber mat is produced in-house on a six-step production line — from raw rubber compounding to UV printing — with quality checkpoints at every stage. This page shows the real machines, the real process and the real people behind your order.

Raw natural rubber is blended with fillers, vulcanizing agents and anti-aging additives inside a sealed internal mixer, shear-kneaded at high temperature until every additive is evenly dispersed through the rubber base — the foundation of a consistent mat.

The hot compound moves to a twin-roll open mill, where repeated rolling and folding cools the batch and evens out the mix. Operators sample-test hardness and plasticity at this stage — off-spec rubber goes straight back for re-mixing.

Multiple sets of precision rollers press the compound into a continuous rubber sheet with tightly controlled thickness — the 6 mm and 4 mm base layers our mats are built on, held to a uniform gauge across the full sheet.

Inside the curing ovens the sheet cross-links into its final network structure: elastic, non-slip, tear-resistant and non-sticky. Temperature and belt speed are strictly controlled — under-curing leaves the rubber soft and crumbly, over-curing makes it hard and dead.

The cured roll is automatically cut to standard mat sizes such as 183 × 68 cm, with rough edges and defect zones trimmed away, leaving a clean, regular base board for printing.

UV-curable inks are jetted onto the mat surface and cured within milliseconds by UV-LED lamps — no drying stage, no solvent evaporation, and edge-to-edge custom artwork that bonds to the mat instead of sitting on top of it.
Every raw material lot is sampled and screened for odor, heavy metals and harmful substances — failed lots are returned to the supplier.
Calendered and cured sheets are spot-checked for thickness, rebound and anti-slip texture; off-gauge sheets are corrected or scrapped.
Printed artwork is checked for clarity and color fastness, with wipe tests confirming ink adhesion before mats move on.
Every single mat is inspected for bubbles, scratches, dirt spots and uneven cutting after curing and cooling.
Samples from each batch run tensile and wet / dry anti-slip durability tests, with parameters recorded against the batch.
Only fully passed products are labelled and boxed; failed units are reworked or scrapped, and QC reports are archived for traceability.
Independent third-party testing. Our materials and finished mats are tested by independent laboratories, including REACH & SVHC chemical screening and physical / material performance test series (report No. SFT23042544197C; QLAB series 2508TF0489, 2409TF0981, 2407TF0427; BCTC series FYC19062612R – FYC19062617R). Report copies are available to B2B buyers on request.
Finished mats are rolled, sleeved and labelled with SKU barcodes before boxing, so every unit stays traceable from our warehouse to yours. We pack to order: bulk export cartons, retail-ready branded sleeves, or your own packaging under OEM.

The same line that produces these showroom samples produces your order — same rubber, same printing, same inspection.
